1. BOOKING A TRIP WITH Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC

a. With submission of your online booking form and payment of your trip, you agree that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions of this agreement as a binding contract between Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC and you, the trip participant. In addition, Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC requires a duly signed Release and Waiver form to be provided by Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC


2. Registration

a. Payment is due in full at time of registration


3. Cancellation Policy

a. Situations may arise which will make it necessary for us to cancel, postpone a scheduled tour, or change itineraries. In that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. 

  1.  Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC will immediately notify all participants of the cancellation, postponement or change in itineraries.
  2.  If cancelled or the tour participant is unable to make the new tour date either a choice to reschedule to a more convenient date or a full refund will be issued.

b. Cancellations initiated by the participant must be received in writing (via email). 

  1. 30 days or more – full refund or choice to reschedule
  2. Between 14 to 30 days – 50% refund or choice to reschedule
  3. Less than 14 days – forfeiture of all payments made to date

c. If the rider does not comply with local traffic laws, or does not practice safe group travel practices as described by the tour leader and by guidelines provided by Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC, the agreement with the rider may be canceled and riding privileges will be suspended. Riding privileges will be suspended for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Participants agree to refrain from alcoholic beverages until the motorcycles have been parked for the night. No refund will be issued in the event of suspension of riding. privileges.

d. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance, as well as trip cancellation insurance.


4. Weather Conditions / Alterations

a. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year when the weather in the touring area is usually pleasant for motorcycling.  Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC is not liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions that occur during a tour and no refunds or adjustments will be made for such conditions. Tours operate on a seasonal basis and it may be necessary in some instances to change the itinerary due to weather/road conditions. The itinerary will be adjusted accordingly if necessary.


5. Photo and Video Material

a. Photos and videos produced by Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC or its representatives during a trip are the property of Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC and copyrights remain with Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC can use this material for promotional and advertising purposes, including images in which individual tour participants can be recognized, without any charge for the use of this material.


6. Release and Waiver

a. Every participant will be required to accept and sign a Tour agreement and Liability Release Waiver before the guided tour begins. We cannot accept a tour participant without these signed forms.

  1. The forms will be send to you via email for you to read prior to your trip and we will have the hard copy for you to sign on the day of the tour.


7. Tour Guides

a. Your Tour Guides are there to assist you while on tour and will do their best to ensure that every participant gets the most out of your Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC tour experience. It is extremely important for all riders to listen carefully to the Tour Guide’s safety and travel instructions from start to finish of the tour to help ensure the best possible group riding conditions. 


8. License, Registration and Insurance

a. Highway to Hell’s Canyon requires that all participants certify that they have a valid Motorcycle License, Vehicle Registration and Insurance.


9. Helmets

a. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC requires that all participants wear a DOT approved helmet on our tours.


10. Responsibility for Customer Safety

a. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC is not responsible for any accidents. It is agreed and understood that neither Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC nor its agents are the guardians of any customer’s safety and that they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death, or other damage to the customer, his property, or his family, heirs or assigns. 


11. Motorcycle

a. Each participant must procure his/her own motorcycle for purposes of the Tour. Such motorcycle shall be in perfect technical condition and in compliance with all regulations and requirements stipulated by law or by Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC. Tours may travel through areas without immediate access to support services in the event of mechanical failure. Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC, is under no obligation to verify the participant’s compliance with these requirements. Participant assumes the risk of mechanical failure during the Tour and agrees to have his/her motorcycle inspected and/or serviced by a professional prior to the Tour. 


Not Included in Motorcycle Tours

  1. Fuel
  2. Tolls, fines and violations - Any violations or unpaid tolls having occurred during your motorcycle tour contract period 
  3. Tire Damages
  4. Insurance
  5. Cost of stop at restaurants

ACCEPTANCE OF TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that I will be required to sign a release and waiver form before I can participate in an Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC . I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC. I’m aware that motorcycling can be dangerous. I’m aware that traffic conditions, roads, weather and other conditions as well as the actions of other members of the trip can influence the risks. I agree to accept those risks.

I’m an experienced, responsible and healthy motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle driver license. As a passenger I’m aware of the potential dangers of motorcycling.

I further agree and understand that the owners, operators and agents of this trip, including Highway to Hell’s Canyon Tours, LLC, are not the guardians of my safety. They, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or my participation in the trip which might result in injury, death or other damage to me, my property, or my family, heirs, or assigns.

Q: What is the group size?

 A: The maximum number of bikes is 10/tour. Custom and private tours with lesser or more bikes/tour are available on request. 

Q: What do I need to bring on a tour?

  

A: General riding gear. Jeans, long and short sleeved T-shirts, riding shoes or boots, gloves. For summer weather, some long sleeve white T Shirts are a great idea. We also ensure that you have time to shop at Hell’s Canyon Harley Davidson prior to the start of the tour so you can purchase things if you want. 

Some common items include:

· Sunglasses

· Camera

· Windbreaker / rain gear as needed per tour / season

· Sense of adventure

· SPF 50 Sun Block

Q: Do I need to wear a helmet?

 A: For your own safety we require to wear a helmet at all times. 

Q: Do I need a motorcycle license?

 A: Yes, a valid motorcycle license is required to ride a motorcycle on our tours. 

Q: How does the pricing work?

A: We charge for the rider. Passengers are free.
